GrowthStackPulse is a publication about how B2B companies actually grow. It covers the go-to-market stack, from the tools a team pays for to the handoffs that turn leads into pipeline, and judges each part by what it does to revenue. Every article is written by a named author and links to its primary sources.
A go-to-market stack is the set of tools, data and processes a B2B company uses to find customers, win them and keep them. It usually includes a CRM, marketing automation, analytics, sales engagement software and the integrations between them. The stack only earns its cost when those parts work together and move deals forward, not when each one reports good numbers on its own.
B2B growth strategy is how a company decides which customers to go after, how to reach them and how to keep them once they buy. It spans positioning, pricing, channel choice and retention, and it links marketing and sales plans to a revenue target. A strategy holds up when the growth it predicts shows up in pipeline and closed deals.
MarTech, short for marketing technology, is the software marketing teams use to plan, run and measure their work. It covers tools for email, advertising, content, analytics, attribution and customer data. Most teams add tools faster than they retire them, so the real question for any MarTech stack is what each tool costs to run and whether it moves revenue.
Sales operations supports the sales team: territories, quotas, CRM hygiene, forecasting and the processes reps work in every day. Revenue operations, or RevOps, takes a wider view and brings marketing, sales and customer success under one set of systems, data and targets. The shift to RevOps usually happens when handoffs between teams start costing more deals than any single team’s process.
AI is used across B2B go-to-market work to draft content, score and route leads, summarise calls, research accounts and answer routine customer questions. It saves real time on repetitive, well-defined tasks. On judgement-heavy work it often adds a step instead, because someone still has to check the output before it reaches a customer or a forecast.
Marketing metrics track activity and attention, such as rankings, sessions, impressions and MQL volume. Revenue metrics track what the business earns, such as pipeline created, win rate, sales cycle length and retained customers. Marketing metrics can rise while revenue stays flat, so they are only useful when they can be traced to a revenue metric that moved with them.
Yes. The calculators and generators are free to use, run in the browser and need no sign-up. Each one shows the working behind its answer, so the result can be checked instead of taken on trust.
